Q-popdel utilises a robust Data Capture Unit (DCU) to quickly and easily collect Purchase Order Delivery details.
Data Capture Unit (DCU) in Recharging/Download Cradle
The DCU is equipped with an integral CCD distance Barcode Scanner and a touch-screen display. It also has an alphanumeric keypad for manual data input.
You can choose from three different keypad layouts to best suit your requirements.
Keypad Options
The scanned details are transferred to your Computer either by ‘Live Posting’ via WiFi (if available) or manually by placing the DCU in its Charging/Download Cradle.
The Posting Software
The interface software allows editing of the scanned order prior to posting.
Alternatively individual deliveries can be posted manually if required.
The Main Screen
The Main Screen is used to: –
- Upload outstanding Purchase Order details to the DCU ready for scanning
- Receive the captured delivery details from a scanned Purchase Order
- Save the delivery details before posting if you need to investigate any discrepancies or adjustments
Confirmation of postings are displayed and automatically recorded in the Audit Trail.
Location, Batch and Serial Number Recording
Optionally, Q-popdel can request the entry of Stock Locations, Batches and Serial Numbers where applicable. If you record a new Batch the program will request Batch Header details which can include date of manufacture and sell by date and notes etc. Once entered you can access the data using Q-LBSRec

- The overall system price will depend on requirements, we will be happy to provide a written quotation on request
- The software is provided with installation, configuration and training at extra cost
- All prices will include first year support
- Support is provided upon condition of a suitable remote link (such as VPN – virtual private network) to all sites; cover is for a 12-month period and includes all updates
- All prices are subject to VAT
